My dear friends,
Those communal disturbances at J & K in the past three days are highly disturbing our National interests and that of States so called “secularism” and that of security to all citizens irrespective of religious following.
The majority of the fanatics went for carnage at Srinagar and started pelting stones on the Amarnath Pilgrims, smashing the glass panes of their vehicles, inflicting injuries to pilgrims traveling in those vehicles.
Those pilgrims were on the way to Amarnath Shrine and what is the necessity for these miscreants to attack them.
Those decisions to offer the land to Amarnath Shrine Committee was taken in consensus of the forest minister from PDP and when it was implemented, every one started hue & cry.
Those innocent lives lost, public properties as well as private establishments ransacked and disturbance to day to day life is highly condemnable.
These types of incidents are going to do irreparable damage to the State & Nation in the long run.
One can understand if the secessionists want to create trouble.
Peace is anathema to them.
A section of them believes in religion-induced politics and is averse to the allotment of land for catering to pilgrims to a Hindu shrine. It is quite vocal in its assertion.
What is galling is that even those who are fond of flaunting their secular credentials have fallen in the trap.
It is disappointing that the parties and leaders who have been a party to the decision have now reversed their stances.
Skeletons are rattling in the cupboard of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) especially.
The major coalition partner has been caught in a maze of its own making. It wants to run with the hare and hunt with the hounds. How is that possible?
Let it be said that violence will not serve anybody's purpose.
The mainstream parties should sit together and assert themselves in the best interests of the State and the Amarnath yatra.
It is expected of them that they rise above narrow considerations. There is a big difference between them and secessionist conglomerations. They are required to work for normal and harmonious existence. Separatists on the other hand depend upon the wedge they create in the social order.
Whatever that may be in no event the pilgrims should be harassed.
Religious journeys were part of our tradition. Millions traveled from every nook and corner of the globe to bow their heads before their God depending upon their religious believes.
It is the responsibility of the Central Government to ensure a safe passage of Pilgrims and save the secular image of our nation.
Stern actions and firm decisions from Congress to be taken even if PDP withdraws their support and expose the culprits to judicial punishments as well as implement the order to handover the allotted land to Amarnath Committee without any more fuss and hurdles.
Deputy Chief Minister Muzzafar Hussain Beig to be removed for his anti national statements.

The P.D.P and fanatics are successful to block Amarnath Yatra & this land issues had helped them to fulfill their mission.
Any way the economy of J & K from its tourists will come down drastically due to these types of arson & looting, Of course our Central Government can Grant more funds from our taxpayers money to compensate the needs of J & K , there by remain in Power.
Vote Bank is more important than that of Nation is their Mantra ( U.P.A's)

I liked the satire from your comments on those existing realities.
Yes, Congress doesnot want to lose those minority vote banks especially Muslims in particular as their ever increasing populations comes in handy for the Vote bank Politics to remain in Power.
Our government is satisfied with funding Muslims to Haj pilgirmage and not bothered about our Hindu's Amarnath Yatra.

Thanks for expressing the concern for the current way of handling J &K issues by our Central Government and it is sure, in the long run we may lose our identity to remain as a whole nation.
J & K situations are alarming and the special status encouraged those few fanatics to outwit the moderates to exploit us more and more.
Our Central Government must use article 370 and Guts to eradicate the fanatism in J & K

NO - in no way , we dont want to loose our Government at Centre, still around 10 months there to stick on to power. Are we fools to draw comment on PDP? Dont ask us to do fair deals otherwise we will lose Muslim votes, You all the Hindus are fools continuously voiting us to power to favour Muslims. Why are you raising the question now? No No
